Get Started

Start your deed order in a few minutes. Attorney supervised, county-ready.

Included in Every Deed

  • Pulling of the existing deed and a basic review of current vesting
  • Drafting the deed based on your provided vesting instructions
  • Formatting to meet the destination county's recording requirements
  • Review by a licensed attorney prior to execution
  • Preparation and review of required transfer tax forms (Such as PCOR/DTT in CA, REET in WA or DT1 in MN) when required

Why Firms Outsource Trust Deeds

Hand off deed work to a supervised legal-support team so your staff can stay focused on clients.

  • Scalable capacity without adding full-time paralegals or staff.
  • Reduced malpractice risk: vesting, transfer tax, and recording errors are caught before filing.
  • Many online deed services never have a licensed attorney review or draft your documents. Every deed here is attorney supervised.
  • Flat-fee pricing with clear turnaround expectations.
